An SCVAS representative will come to your classroom and bring our museum study skins, feathers, and preserved nests.

Details – This presentation allows the students to see some of our local birds much more closely than they normally would. The focus is on differences between different types of birds, how they use and are adapted to different habitats and environments, and how to predict a bird’s behavior by looking at its physical
characteristics.
